vinyasa flow yoga

This is a dynamic, flowing, yoga class, to move your body, raise your heart rate, build strength and calm your mind.

The class is fun, with an emphasis on inclusive fun : beginners are most definitely welcome. There's no need to be able to stand on your head or put your foot behind it! 

I love this class: it is fun, hard work (assuming you want to push yourself), it’s helped to build up my core and overall body strength which in turn has increased my fitness and mental wellbeing. My balance and posture have benefited massively, I feel stronger and this has also helped with my running (6-20k). I really couldn’t recommend this class more.
